Brazil is famous for its Churascaria at steak houses where many types of beef and other meat are grilled for a specially cooked meat fest. Some of the restaurants are Sizzling Caldeirao, Entrecote, Penafiel, Fellini Restaurante and Zuka. Most of the meals start with a couvert which is usually bread with some type of spread or filling. Brazilian coffee is very strong. As many restaurants refuse to accept credit cards, it may be a good idea to ask about payment options before you are seated.
